About The Position

Join our team and produce products that save and enhance lives. This role is responsible for conducting daily inspections of molded products produced by machines and overseeing second operations to verify that products meet customer requirements. No experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English, or the ability to be trained to perform the duties without a translator.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Capability to understand and follow various instructions provided in written, oral, or blueprint formats.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and good vision.
  • Ability to operate machinery independently without supervision.
  • Proficiency in performing visual and dimensional inspections without supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of molded products.
  • Oversee second operations to verify products meet customer requirements.
  • Clean and trim products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform secondary operations assembly of injection-molded parts.
  • Use various measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Utilize various hand tools including microscopes, clippers, knives, blades, degating fixtures, tweezers, screwdrivers, flat heads, hand drills, and hammers.
  • Run all types of jobs and machines efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform inspections on all jobs, including insert type jobs.
  • Learn and use IQMS software as it applies to job functions.
  • Promote quality and safety in all aspects of the job.
  • Ensure the highest possible product quality and adherence to ISO and/or other standards.
  • Be available for overtime as needed on a project-by-project basis.
  • Perform other job duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by management.
