Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer proficiency, including email, calendar systems, and documentation tools
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including counting and inventory handling
Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred

Responsibilities

Accurately assemble, test, label, and package various scientific probeware and computer interface products
Assemble accessory items, boxes, and inserts by hand
Perform quality checks of all products
Use ERP systems to process work orders, inventory transactions, and record defects
Collect and enter manufacturing process data
Collaborate with team members and actively participate in team meetings
Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to process improvement initiatives when applicable
Provide excellent customer service through professional interactions with internal and external partners
Maintain consistent attendance and follow established procedures and guidelines
Participate in employee committees, recognition efforts, and organizational meetings to support and strengthen our culture.
