Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
Basic math and computer skills.
Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or machine operating experience preferred.
SAP and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
Forklift, pallet jack, and chemical handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor filling, capping, and automated labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up equipment for different container sizes and product runs.
Load and replenish caps and labeling materials as needed.
Clean, rinse, and sanitize equipment between batches and flavor changes.
Perform quality checks to ensure accurate filling, capping, and labeling.
Record production and quality data accurately.
Troubleshoot and report equipment or product issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
Participate in safety, sanitation, and environmental programs.
