About The Position

This role is primarily responsible for applying various conformal coat materials to circuit boards. This is performed in an enclosed and ventilated room with a full facial mask, using both an automated machine and a paint gun. The task requires a high level of detail and an understanding of the importance of quality, as some jobs can be tedious. Team members will also rotate between other work centers when conformal coat jobs are caught up, which may include applying adhesive backing or optics to products, testing products, cutting LED/circuit boards into individual parts, and packaging finished products.

Willingness to rotate between different work centers.
Ability to perform tasks that can be tedious.
