About The Position

Join Our Purpose – Feeding the Future. Role: Production Operator – Reactor Operations. In this role, you will own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement. You will operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities. By identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, you will actively contribute to operational excellence and reliability across the site.

Requirements

Experience as a production or manufacturing operator.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Motivated to build technical knowledge, including process chemistry.
Accountability for work.
Effective communication skills.
Contribution to a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry.
Availability to work scheduled weekend night shifts.
Must already be authorized to work independently in the country where the position is based.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automated equipment is an asset.
Forklift experience is an asset.
