Production Operator - Blending
About The Position
The Production Operators in the Blending position follow "recipes" to ensure the customers receive the ideal liquid ingredients to meet their needs. This involves pulling ingredients, measuring, use of lifts and cranes, learning processes and following procedures. Your attention to detail and maintaining safe processes ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all governmental and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role are leaders for other employees and consistently communicate with the production team!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.
- Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or machine operating experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards.
- Basic math and computer skills; SAP and Microsoft Office experience a plus.
- Forklift, pallet jack, and chemical handling experience preferred.
- Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
