We currently have the following openings in our Mountaintop, PA Manufacturing Facility We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on all shifts. We are looking to fill positions in : C20 Bottom Bar (Fabricator I)- 3rd Shift Use of Punch Machine, Band Saw, Mill Machine, Metal Muncher, and Chop saw. Tack Weld sides handles and bottom Bars. Therm Curtain Assembly (Assembler) - 2nd Shift Assemble curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures. Selecting correct bottom bar, end locks, and rivets Folder Operator (Machine Operator) - 3rd Shift Work with computer prgrams to properly bgend sheet metal / Form square hoos to exact description on the shop sheets / Apply proper cut outs to sheet metal / Measure to ensure length & width is correct / move to packing area. Curtain Wrapper (Packager)- 2nd Shift Move 7ft pcs of tri-wall cardboard from stack to automated forming machine / Feed through the forming machine and place forded cardboard in wrapping cradels/ Cut with bandsaw / Save use of overhead crane / Nylon banding around package / write job number and truck letters on package

Requirements

High School diploma
Must be able lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work at a quick pace
Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings
Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy
Computer knowledge
Meet Safety, Production and Quality standards

Responsibilities

Use of Punch Machine, Band Saw, Mill Machine, Metal Muncher, and Chop saw.
Tack Weld sides handles and bottom Bars.
Assemble curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Selecting correct bottom bar, end locks, and rivets
Work with computer programs to properly blend sheet metal
Form square hoops to exact description on the shop sheets
Apply proper cut outs to sheet metal
Measure to ensure length & width is correct
Move to packing area.
Move 7ft pcs of tri-wall cardboard from stack to automated forming machine
Feed through the forming machine and place folded cardboard in wrapping cradles
Cut with bandsaw
Use of overhead crane
Nylon banding around package
Write job number and truck letters on package
