About The Position

This position will be required to perform Operations Level 3 roles, including Bag Inspector, Block Opening, Culler (Raw and Cooked), Cutter, Trim Collection, Inspector, and Palletizer. The role involves ensuring the integrity of bag seals and date codes, removing block envelopes, culling rejected fish during portion and stick production, filling cutter pockets with product, collecting and recording rejects, and hand stacking pallets. Requirements

Must be able to perform Level 3 Operations positions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrates sound judgment in decision making.
Demonstrate proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures as it applies to the equipment you are operating.
Ability to engage and collaborate positively with all levels and departments.
Understanding standards and measurements.
Lift up to 60 pounds.
Stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours.
Abide by company GMP and PPE policies.

Responsibilities

Perform Operations Level 3 roles: Bag Inspector, Block Opening, Culler (Raw and Cooked), Cutter, Trim Collection, Inspector, and Palletizer.
Ensure the integrity of bag seals and date code after they have been formed and filled.
Remove block envelopes from blocks to keep pace with the line.
Cull (inspect) out fish rejects during the production of portions and/or sticks.
Fill cutter pockets with product.
Collect, measure, and record rejects generated during the process based on quality requirements.
Hand stack pallets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
