About The Position

As Production Operator 1, you will play an important role in manufacturing high-quality medical devices by operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently. Working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, you will help deliver products that improve the lives of patients around the world.

Requirements

No prior manufacturing experience is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow written work instructions.
Basic computer proficiency for navigating digital work instructions and recording production data.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
High School Diploma, vocational training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
Dependable, quality-focused team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and producing high-quality products.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapting to changing production priorities as needed.

Must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or regulated environment is a plus.
Experience working in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned production equipment by following established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Perform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet specifications, identifying and appropriately handling nonconforming products.
Utilize basic computer systems to access digital work instructions, document production activities, record inspection and test results, and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following Philips' quality, safety, security, and environmental policies.
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates, promptly communicating production issues or abnormalities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
