About The Position

This role is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision. Regularly conducts quality checks to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards, operating machines safely and following prescribed procedures while monitoring output quality, maintains accurate production records, and utilizes basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Requirements

No prior experience required.
Reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
HS diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a highly regulated industry, including experience using a Microscope is preferred.

Responsibilities

Implements quality checks based on provided instructions and specifications defined by the company, to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards.
Operates a set of machines and production equipment, ensuring safety and following prescribed procedures and guidelines.
Monitors output quality to identify and address any faulty products, including discarding or remanufacturing as necessary.
Documents and records of daily production activities to facilitate performance analysis and reporting.
Utilizes basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and document test and work records.
Demonstrates understanding and adherence to established personal safety, security, and environmental practices to maintain a secure work environment.
Fosters positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues, seeking feedback and adapting working methods for continuous improvement.
Follows standard procedures and guidelines, promptly recognizing and communicating any issues or abnormalities to appropriate personnel while prioritizing workplace health and safety.
