About The Position

Radwell International is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for supporting production workflow, job coordination, and operational efficiency throughout the repair and production process. This position serves as a critical link between Sales, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining productivity, quality, and service expectations. Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a production, operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, repair, or technical leadership role preferred
  • Experience managing workflows, reporting metrics, and supporting operational performance initiatives preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a customer-focused environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team responsible for supporting pre-sales and production operations activities
  • Coordinate daily workflow to ensure customer requirements, production priorities, and operational deadlines are achieved
  • Partner with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests
  • Monitor production workflows and proactively identify bottlenecks or process inefficiencies
  • Implement corrective actions to improve throughput, accuracy, and operational performance
  • Oversee product evaluations, testing coordination, documentation, and production support activities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational and production-related issues
  • Track department performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership review
  • Ensure activities comply with company quality standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and customer experience
  • Allocate resources and prioritize workloads to meet business objectives and service commitments
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
