Production Operation Manager
About The Position
The Production Operation Manager will be responsible for managing policy deployment in various areas of operation, including operational excellence, continuous improvement, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and Good Manufacturing Practices. This role involves driving a culture of employee engagement and continuous improvement through leadership and mentoring, fostering a culture of quality performance with timely issue resolution, and implementing and managing training programs. The manager will also serve other departments with team spirit and provide strategic insights as an upper manager.
Requirements
- HSD degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years in a manufacturing facility for blending, capsulation, tablet and packaging
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Advanced communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer concepts
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit for extended hours
- Ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours
- Other physical requirements include bi-lateral hand and wrist movement and occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs required
Responsibilities

- Create a culture of quality performance while providing timely resolution of issues; provide accessible and accurate information to all parties involved.
- Implement and manage training program and records.
- Serve other departments with team spirit and maintain excellent relations with all departments.
- Serve as an upper manager and provide insight in regards to strategic planning, problem-solving, and in any other ways beneficial to the business.
