About The Position

Join Rubberatkins and help manufacture high-quality engineered rubber products for customers around the world. We are looking for a Production Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team in Conroe. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with compression molding equipment, prepare materials and components, inspect finished products, and play an important part in delivering quality products to our customers. Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
Forklift experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Preparing metal components, including degreasing, shot blasting, and applying bonding agents.
Operating compression molding presses and associated equipment.
Demolding and visually inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
Reading and following job specifications and work instructions.
Labelling, identifying, and packaging products.
Recording production and quality information accurately.
Supporting housekeeping and 5S standards.
Working closely with colleagues to maintain efficient production flow.
