1st Shift Production MIG Welder
About The Position
IMMI is looking for motivated Welders to join our production team. As a Production MIG Welder on 1st Shift, you will ensure quality and timely welding and be able to operate within the safety standards required for the welding procedures and controls. Requirements
- Previous welding knowledge accompanied by the appropriate education
- Understand and apply written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate
- Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Welding products according to work instructions and ensure compliance with the appropriate quality standards
- Monitor welding, burning, and fitting process to ensure parts are not overheated or damaged from warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage
- Deliver daily production output demands and communicate timely with the appropriate personnel on any problems or delays
- Assist at a variety of workstations throughout the work process as needed
