About The Position

We are seeking experienced Production Mechanics to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for skilled trades professionals who take pride in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing high-speed production equipment in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of our production presses and associated equipment. You’ll work alongside a team of seasoned professionals to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and implement improvements that support production efficiency and quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with production equipment
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical fundamentals
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and operate production presses and auxiliary equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with minimal supervision
• Partner with operations teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve performance
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and uptime
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
