Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
Seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, operations, or engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

APICS Certification
Experience using SAP, creating Power BI reports, and utilizing Excel
Strong analytical skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Lead Supply Chain weekly reviews, where you will give updates regarding output vs forecast, production schedules, capacity and material constraints, backorder recovery timelines, and successes and areas for improvement
Maintain strong relationships with critical suppliers to ensure high service levels on components
Provide direction on manufacturing strategies to ensure alignment with supply chain and operation goals
Improving key metrics like Backorders, Lead Time Adherence, OTIF, Inventory, etc. These topics will require daily communications and participation in the Tier process
Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets
Manage plant supply chain organization
Develop and communicate supply plans through enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, reports, and cross-functional updates with production, quality, engineering, and other operational teams.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
