Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in shipping and receiving.
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment.
Experience with materials management and warehouse inventory, including parts accuracy and accountability.
Experience operating or working around material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently during an 8-hour shift.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory control software.
Experience with kitting and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

Process, move, and stage production materials into and out of storage, production, and other designated areas following standard work instructions.
Monitor work in process and track material movement to support production schedules.
Communicate part and material status using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure availability.
Identify and resolve limited-scope material discrepancies using established procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities to prevent schedule delays.
