Production - Masker Associate
About The Position
Crystal D creates products that turn emotions into memories. We’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our production team in the Masking department and help bring joy to our customers. As a Full-Time Production Masking Associate, you’ll work in a hands-on production environment applying masking film to our awards as part of the front end process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. If you have strong hand-eye coordination and enjoy seeing your work come together, this could be a great fit for you!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of assembly or production experience
- Reliable transportation
- Good hand dexterity, eye for detail, and crafty
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, and grasp
Responsibilities
- Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards
- Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure quality
- Cross-train in other areas and support team members as needed
- Use lean tools, visual management, and 5S techniques to improve productivity
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols
