About The Position

Ichor Systems, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Production Manufacturing Technician (PMT) on weekend day shift, located in Sauk Rapids, MN. The PMT will operate select manufacturing/processing equipment safely that meet or exceed quality requirements/standards in a timely manner at the lowest possible costs, working in highly controlled rooms from a process and safety standpoint, specifically the clean line and clean room environments as assigned. Work with electro-polishing chemicals and equipment, high purity instruments, and highly sensitive testing devices as assigned. Work with assembly tools and packaging equipment as assigned. This is a weekend day shift position working from 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday-Sunday.

Loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment
Miscellaneous assembly
Inspecting
Alcohol wiping
Swabbing
Carrying plates
Nitrogen dry parts
Leak, function and flow testing
Bagging
Packaging
Operating microscopes, profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment
Operating ultra sonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations
Monitoring supplies and understanding how to use material replenishment reordering system
Performing assigned preventative maintenance tasks
Cross training and assisting other production areas depending on the production schedule
Working in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates
Understanding and following all of Ichor’s Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties
Proper use of required PPE (coveralls, boots, hairnets/headcovers/face shields, gloves, etc.)
