Requirements
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced production setting
- Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required by role
- Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills
- Team-oriented mindset and desire to learn
