About The Position

We are currently looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Shelby, Ohio area. Multiple positions are available across production, machine operation, finishing, material handling, and general utility areas. Candidates may be matched with opportunities based on their previous experience, skills, and current production needs. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for every position.   • Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude is beneficial for machine operator positions

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and responsibilities
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Working around production machinery
  • Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Performing repetitive tasks
  • Lifting up to approximately 25–50 lbs., depending on the position
  • Working in an active manufacturing environment
  • Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities

  • Operating or assisting with production machinery
  • Feeding materials into production equipment
  • Receiving, inspecting, and packing finished products
  • Performing routine quality checks
  • Identifying and reporting quality concerns
  • Reading and following work orders and job specifications
  • Setting up or assisting with production equipment
  • Moving materials and inventory throughout the facility
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment when qualified
  • Staging materials for production
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Performing basic computer or inventory entries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Following established safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
  • Assisting in other production areas as needed
