Requirements

High school degree (or equivalent degree) with minimum 2 years’ experience.
Possess a sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use a computer to complete work.

Nice To Haves

Experience in continuous improvement with participation on a kaizen project team is desirable.
Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility.

Responsibilities

Completing assigned manufacturing activities in our plastics production area safely, meeting our quality standards.
Demonstrating ability to work independently.
