About The Position

Our Collision Repair Team is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Paint & Body Shop. If you're a strong leader with collision repair expertise and hands-on experience using CCC ONE, we'd like to hear from you. Requirements

Previous experience as a Collision Center Production Manager or similar leadership role.
Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating and shop management software.
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and paint operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple repairs and meet production deadlines.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production and workflow for the paint and body departments.
Schedule repairs and ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process.
Coordinate with estimators, technicians, parts personnel, and insurance partners.
Monitor repair quality, cycle times, and shop productivity.
Ensure repairs meet OEM and company quality standards.
Lead, coach, and motivate technicians to achieve production goals.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
