About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee production processes and ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. The role manages projects from start to finish, including workflow development, scheduling, team assignments, packing, shipping logistics, and tracking deliverables. It also involves sourcing and qualifying print materials and conducting research and development to determine production processes for new projects, with close attention to detail and quality. The Production Manager should be an effective communicator, have a strong eye for color and quality, and be able to solve problems as they arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software; medium-level Excel ability is specified.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen eye for detail, color, and quality assurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

• Create production schedules.
