About The Position

The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This includes supervising workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations. The role requires availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods. The leadership in this role will drive operational excellence, improve throughput, and maintain high-quality standards that directly influence customer satisfaction. By optimizing processes and fostering a strong team culture, the Production Manager will help reduce costs, increase efficiency, and support the company’s long-term growth goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
OSHA 10 certification required.
5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and scheduling.
Knowledge of Pace or similar production/order management systems.
Expertise in workflow planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to enforce safety and quality standards consistently.

Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise production activities and monitor workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support accurate and timely job completion.
