About The Position
Flexcraft is hiring a Production Manager to lead night shift operations in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a high-impact leadership role with real influence, offering a 4-day weekend every other week and working a 12-hour night shift with consistent rotation in a new, modern facility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Expertise in injection molding
- Experience leading teams in high-volume environments
- Hands-on, results-driven leadership style
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a GMP and/or ISO 9001 environment
Responsibilities
- Lead production teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity
- Serve as the technical expert in injection molding
- Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase throughput
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
