Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership (food, packaging, or CPG preferred)
• Experience managing multi-shift operations and frontline teams
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality systems
• Proven ability to drive production performance and labor efficiency
• Experience with WMS and production systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met
• Supervise and develop production supervisors and frontline teams, driving accountability and performance
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and quality standards (AIB, internal audits, etc.)
• Drive labor efficiency, scheduling, and workforce planning, including coordination with staffing agencies
• Monitor and improve production rates, downtime, and overall line performance
• Partner with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure material flow and production alignment
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality, safety, and operational issues
• Maintain accurate reporting across production metrics, labor, and WMS systems
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
