About The Position

The Production Manager will handle all aspects of safety, quality, and production activities to meet the plant’s measurable goals. This role provides the vision, direction, and leadership for production operations, driving continuous improvement and leading the plant’s efforts towards the development and implementation of Self-Directed Work Teams. The Production Manager will participate with peers as a member of the plant operating team, contributing to plant strategic planning and budgeting processes for the manufacturing operation. This role also promotes, enforces, and sustains ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards in manufacturing activity, ensures Area Managers and other direct reports receive appropriate direction, training, and development, and assures fair application, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Production Manager must treat all other team members with respect and dignity and perform other essential functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing leadership position with automotive stamping exposure.
• Computer literate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through team member participation and involvement.

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
