About The Position

The Production Manager oversees daily back-room operations for one of BidFTA's store locations. They lead a small team, ensuring the smooth operational flow of the store, and are responsible for coordinating freight, receiving inventory, listing products, shipping products, and various other logistics operations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and the ability to ensure direct reports meet required KPIs. The Production Manager will also collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and launch new processes, aligning with company strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Comfortable with technology (iOS experience a plus)
• Able to work in a warehouse environment (lift up to 40 lbs, stand/squat for long periods)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight ensuring the receive lines do not go idle or have a receive backlog more than four days.
• Ensure items are lotted and put away to meet the operations plan for number of auctions listed per day.
• Ensure auctions items are placed in customer pick up locations two business days prior to pick up.
• Ensure auctions lotted for other locations are shipped in a timely manner to ensure they are in a customer pick up location two days prior to pick up.
• Ensure inventory accuracy of 98%+.
• Manage operations within budget.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff.
• Uphold brand and store standards.
