Requirements
- Experience with high-speed progressive metal stamping dies and presses
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Good math skills and ability to read GD&T drawings
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and corrective action processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and integrity
- Solid work history; must pass background and drug screening

- Engineering degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead operators and oversee daily production of high-speed stamping presses using progressive dies
- Monitor production efficiency, machine uptime, and on-time delivery
- Proactively address quality issues and production bottlenecks
- Collaborate closely with management and scheduling teams
- Coach and motivate employees on safety, efficiency, tooling care, and cost-effective operation
- Drive solutions to production and quality challenges
- Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards
