About The Position
Caliber Collision is hiring for a role described in the job summary as Production Coordinator. The position provides daily supervision and direction to production staff, dispatches work assignments to production personnel, and maintains vehicle-status information in C1. The employee also performs other related duties as assigned to support efficient and effective repairs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under the company's insurance policy.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Prior experience with C1.
- Basic understanding of collision estimating and repair processes and procedures.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
