About The Position

Latch is hiring a Production Manager to organize staffing and delivery as its science team grows beyond 100 people. The role matches scientists to projects based on expertise and availability, coordinates project planning with customers and internal teams, and ensures projects are completed on time and on budget. The Production Manager tracks project output and costs, partners with finance on forecasts and targets, and works with engineering to improve delivery tools. The role also contributes to scientific direction by helping develop projects that build on the team's strengths. The position reports to Chief Product Officer Hannah Le. This is an on-site role in San Francisco, working closely with science, partnerships, operations, and engineering. The team meets on Mondays and Fridays, with additional meetings as needed; attendance hours are not tracked. The company offers unlimited PTO and evaluates people based on innovation and output rather than hours.
