The Town Hall Team is a highly collaborative group with a mission to curate and activate elevated moments of connection for the Comcast community and beyond. We are a team of dedicated producers, detailed event planners, logistics champions, and experienced technicians. Together, we manage Comcast’s Town Hall and the Ralph J. Roberts Forum, often referred to as the ‘heart and soul of campus.’ Town Hall includes conference room space, collaborative lounge spaces, an employee TechBar, Coffee Bar, and Comcast NBCUniversal’s marquee event space, the Ralph J. Roberts Forum. Named after Comcast’s founder, the Ralph J. Roberts Forum is a two floor, 500-seat amphitheater located in the heart of the Comcast Technology Center. With 56,000 square-feet of production space, full broadcast capabilities, and its Dolby Vision + Atmos cinema system, there is no other place like the Forum. Our team’s purpose is to activate this space and produce transformational experiences that engage, inspire, and connect. The Production Manager plays a key role in shaping our programs by contributing to event development and supporting the execution of produced programs. These events may be hybrid, in-person, or fully virtual. The Production Manager reports to the Director of Production and collaborates closely with creative, administrative, and technical teams to ensure every element of a production meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. The range of programs produced are, but not limited to: Employee Talks and Business Meetings, Movie and Narrative Series Screenings, Marquee Speaker Talks.
