This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, scheduling, and leading our field team of painters, job site supervisors, and subcontractors while ensuring every project is delivered with exceptional quality and customer care. Requirements

Proven leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and onboard painters, job site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team.
Build strong relationships with crews through regular communication, support, and accountability.
Schedule projects and assign the right teams to deliver efficient, high-quality results.
Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with customers, sales, and office staff to ensure a seamless project experience.
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
