As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Manager at FASTSIGNS Aiken. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, with exposure to sign and vinyl production, graphic design, or printing as a significant advantage. The chosen candidate will be able to support the team as a working manager and fill in as needed to complete various production tasks.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in sign and vinyl production, graphic design, or printing is a significant plus.
Associates or Bachelor's in related field

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations.
Ensure production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Ensure that the FASTSIGNS process is followed.
Track WIP and projects utilizing our point of sale software system.
Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and optimize production processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate supplies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Interview and hire additional staff as needed.
Complete periodic performance reviews with existing staff.
