As we continue to grow, we need a strong operational leader who can take full ownership of production—people, schedules, budgets, and results. This role is the heartbeat of our construction operations. The ideal candidate will lead and hold accountable our Project Managers, Carpenters, and Production Coordinator, run a clean and reliable production schedule, protect margin and job performance across all active projects, drive a 5-star client experience through clear communication and strong execution, and build systems, improve workflows, and raise the bar for how we operate.

Requirements

5+ years leading residential construction or remodeling projects
Ability to manage people AND numbers (labor, budgets, margins)
Highly organized, decisive, and not afraid to hold the line
Clear communication skills—with your team and with clients
Takes ownership instead of passing problems up the chain

Responsibilities

Lead and hold accountable our Project Managers, Carpenters, and Production Coordinator
Run a clean, reliable production schedule (and fix it fast when it slips)
Protect margin and job performance across all active projects
Drive a 5-star client experience through clear communication and strong execution
Build systems, improve workflows, and raise the bar for how we operate
Conduct weekly 1:1s with Project Managers (KPIs, budgets, schedules, client feedback)
Spot issues early—schedule conflicts, cost overruns, scope creep—and solve them
Review budgets and performance regularly
Partner with Sales, Design, and Estimating to ensure smooth project handoffs
Own JobTread processes and continuously improve how production runs
Keep everyone aligned, accountable, and moving forward
