About The Position

Manages all phases of business production operations while ensuring goals are safely and efficiently achieved. Responsible for monitoring and managing all site production functions and staff members while conforming with company policies and procedures. Ensure the production team operates both safely and environmentally compliant while effectively and efficiently working within the guidelines of the company’s administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong people skills with an outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, management and leadership skills.
Able to oversee multiple competing tasks and priorities and perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ability and willingness to become certified in all production equipment and approved to operate all BYOT equipment.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
Able to work required hours which may include weekends and holidays.
Previous experience supervising production, construction, or operations processes in a similar work environment with related employees.
Experience in scheduling employees in a production environment.

Nice To Haves

management degree a plus
English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in an automotive field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure store is adhering to all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Promote a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant site for employees and customers.
Ensure production KPI's are attained
Responsible for production area safety, organization, and cleanliness.
Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all equipment, reporting equipment problems, and adherence to the preventative maintenance program.
Work with all sales and production personnel to continually improve store results and execute company strategies.
Participate in the hiring, training, and proper delegation of personnel and scheduling work hours.
Monitor and evaluate job performance; train and develop production staff.
Communicate and implement policies and procedures, lead by example for the benefit of the team.
Direct and participate, as needed, in customer care functions.
Participate, as needed, in production duties.
Monitor all aspects of production activities to ensure production goals are achieved.
Partner with all internal corporate support resources to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Spend at least 85% of time working with the production team.
Other duties as assigned.
