Production Manager
About The Position
ITW Medical (Coeur & Filtertek) is seeking a Production Manager with strong potential, leadership capability, and a desire to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to develop into a senior operations leader in a stable, impactful manufacturing environment. The role involves leading daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability, coaching and supporting shift and technical leads, managing production schedules and changing priorities, and partnering with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to meet plant and customer goals. The position also drives continuous improvement and team development.
Requirements
- Leadership potential and a willingness to learn—prior Production Manager experience is not required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
