Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production activities for insulation crews, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met Plan labor, materials, and equipment needs to maximize productivity and minimize waste Train, coach, and supervise installation teams; support performance management and development Conduct jobsite visits to verify quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth project flow Monitor project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and adjust resources as needed Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory usage Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in insulation, construction, or related trades Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Strong understanding of insulation materials, installation methods, and building codes Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to jobsites as needed What We Offer Physical demands: This role requires the ability to move throughout jobsites, including frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting or carrying of materials up to 50 lbs; accessing attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and elevated areas; and working in varied environmental conditions such as heat, cold, confined spaces, and dusty areas. The position also involves driving to multiple job sites and maintaining sufficient visual and auditory capacity to identify safety concerns and communicate effectively.
