Requirements

Ability to inspect equipment, structures and/or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems.
Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work.
Ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with industry standards.
Excellent understanding of written and verbal instructions.
Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, techniques for maximizing the manufacture of concrete products.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the supervision of others

Responsibilities

Determine work sequence and equipment required to perform assigned tasks
Hire, train, evaluate and discharge staff as required.
Inspects equipment for wear and completed work for conformance to standards.
Observes work procedures to ensure safety, and quality
Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and general housekeeping for assigned department and proximal areas
Review production schedule and inventory to determine staffing, duty assignments and work schedules
Workforce management including discipline and training
