Production Manager
About The Position
Responsible for chlorate plant operations of the Moses Lake Facility to ensure meeting targets with respect to production volume, product quality, cost, safety, health, security, and environmental stewardship. In your future role as Production Manager you will Formulates, recommends, and implements objectives for the chlorate unit. Participates in preparing FMC and VC budgets for assigned areas. Controls operating costs. Directs working relationship with Nouryon global technology organization to improve benchmarking and operations. Maintains systems for applicable registrations (OSHA, ISO, etc). Implement personnel training and qualifies personnel on operating techniques. Prepares and completes AOP Objectives for site. Any and all jobs assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing.
- Must be able to access any area of the facility intended for personnel presence.
