About The Position
VN Florida Home LLC is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee residential rehab projects across Pinellas County. This role is responsible for managing contractors, vendors, timelines, budgets, and daily field operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and ready for rent or resale. This role is critical to keeping projects moving efficiently while supporting the company’s continued growth and operational success.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Construction, rehab, property management, or renovation experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential rehab projects from start to completion
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track project timelines, budgets, and production progress
