Requirements

Proactive leader, who has a strong work ethic, and is a self-starter who can interact with the public and our employees.
Knowledge of how to operate mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc., including preventative maintenance.
Willingness to complete training to get all required certifications and licenses within 6 months, if required.
Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.

Responsibilities

Overall production of the business
Recruiting, selecting, training, developing, coaching, and mentoring of all Team Leaders and their teams.
Interacting with and developing relationships with customers and identifying, proposing, and selling upgrades to existing sales contracts.
Planning, coordination, and control of the company’s field production processes.
Ensuring that services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
Implementing Grounds Guys franchise systems effectively and efficiently throughout the business.
Scheduling and directing personnel and resources towards providing quality, safe, and cost effective service to clients
