About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel plant supervision and process
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills essential
• Technical ability to understand ethanol production
• Experience in interviewing and selecting plant personnel
• Creating and monitoring process operations performance metrics and communication
• Candidates should possess a documented successful track record in managing process facilities
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Nice To Haves

• Engineering, biochemistry, or related college degree, or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crew Chiefs, Operators, Rover Operators
• Oversee plant production
• Ensure operational consistency using training and development
• Maximize efficiency of production, production rate, and quality of products
• Perform timely evaluation of all staff by written performance evaluations
• Schedule and coordinate the daily work assignments and work shifts
• Work with payroll to achieve accurate reporting of timecards
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to the company values
• Communicate with maintenance, environmental and lab manager daily
• Respond and address complaints in a timely and courteous manner
