Closet Factory is experiencing tremendous growth as we strive to be #1 in our industry! We are the only truly custom storage solution authority in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We are looking for a sharp, dynamic individual with lots of initiative and drive to take charge of our Factory.
Requirements
- Experience in a cabinet/woodworking environment
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Keen eye for detail
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug test before employment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve major operational KPI’s
- Maintain and serve our CRM system
- Ensure all jobs are ready in a timely manner
- Arrange maintenance of all fleet vehicles and company equipment
- Recruit, train, and motivate Factory, Installation, & Cut List personnel
