About The Position

InterMedia Advertising is a dynamic and innovative advertising agency specializing in creating captivating commercial TV productions for a wide range of clients. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process for commercials, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the advertising or commercial TV industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
In-depth knowledge of the production process, including pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
Familiarity with budgeting software and production management tools.
Must be a local candidate familiar with the area, including local vendors, talent, and locations.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands and timelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with creative and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple commercial TV production projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining quality standards. Report on budgetary status to senior management and clients.
Source and manage vendors including equipment rental, post-production services, talent agencies, and location scouts. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets agreed terms.
Supervise production assistants, crew members, and other team members. Ensure effective communication, task delegation, and quality control throughout the production process.
Oversee the logistics of equipment, materials, and resources necessary for production shoots. Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and all production needs are met.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the production process. Provide regular updates and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Resolve any production-related issues or emergencies, managing unexpected challenges effectively and keeping projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations during the production process, including talent releases, location agreements, and insurance requirements.
