About The Position

Comfort Windows is currently seeking a Bathroom Remodeling Production Manager to be responsible for ensuring that each installation is completed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, and that this is done to the customer’s satisfaction. The Production Manager accomplishes this by overseeing the efforts needed to achieve these goals - including, but not limited to the overall responsibility for and supervision of the installation process, personnel, scheduling, product inventory, safety procedures, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Extensive experience in the residential bathroom remodeling industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction managerial / supervisory role consisting of multiple crews and/or contractors.
Skilled in project management, technical capacity, problem solving, effective communication, customer-focused, leadership qualities, decision making, time management, overall credibility.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM tools, especially as they may pertain to the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the installation process, personnel, scheduling, product inventory, safety procedures, and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring each installation is completed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner to the customer’s satisfaction.
Analyzing installation processes for efficiency.
Managing day-to-day installation personnel issues including hiring, termination, training, problem resolution, disciplinary action, motivational tools, and overall employee morale.
Communicating effectively with corporate personnel, including regular updating and recommendations of assigned operations to the appropriate individuals in a timely and complete manner.
