About The Position

Western Container Tolleson is looking for a full time Blow Mold/ Closure Production Manager to join their team. This position will oversee the Blow Mold and Closures production departments as well as lead continuous improvement to ensure the plant meets and exceeds company goals. The role co-manages Production Coordinators and others regarding safety, production, quality, cost, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing action plans to address issues including but not limited to production, downtime, inventory, scheduling, quality, safety, and assurance of supply to our customers. Additional responsibilities will include working with the Technical Manager to proactively address technical issues and ensure our preventative maintenance program is effectively maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Some travel will be required.
• Prefer degree with at least three years’ experience in a leadership position in a high-speed automated manufacturing plant.
• Prefer some hands-on maintenance experience on blow molding/ closure line equipment.
• Will consider individuals with bachelor’s degree in related field with an aptitude for leading others.

Responsibilities
