The desired candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, demonstrating proficiency in effectively troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues within a fast-paced environment.

  • Read and understand schematics of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to use measuring and testing equipment (caliper, volt ohm meter, etc.)
  • Computer skills, such as intermediate level typing and basic Microsoft: Outlook and Word

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment, and complete related work orders and data entry tasks daily.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on production equipment.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Leadership.
  • Perform all duties with required safety equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including the use on required PPE.
  • Comply with requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
