About The Position

Seeking a technician to perform preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment. Work involves production systems such as pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machines, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems. Requires strong electrical/mechanical problem-solving and effective communication. Responsible for safety compliance and identifying potential equipment failures.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to diagnose equipment (pumps, bearings, blowers, gearboxes, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 30+ ft, lifts/scissor lifts)
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Use PPE (steel-toe shoes, gloves, hard hat, etc.)
• Ability to handle job-related stress and maintain performance

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience
